Clinical Program Manager
Under the direction of the Director of Social Services, the Clinical Program Director (CPD) is responsible for the clinical and daily operations of the program, serving as the day-to-day site leader coordinating all outpatient services; monitoring caseload productivity; supervision and management of staff; CQRT lead providing documentation, clinical supervision and training; and ensuring the programs meet all contract obligations and billables. The CPD develops positive relationships with county contacts and other service providers and ensures our constructive partnerships in the community. The SIL program offers outpatient mental health assessment and evaluation, plan development, medication management, service coordination and navigation, emergency intervention, advocacy, employment support and assistance in daily living skills. Outpatient case management is also provided.
This position supervises the day-to-day activities of the program and staff of one or more functional areas and performs related work as required. This position supervises licensed professionals, registered associate level professionals and MSW student interns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field plus professional licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC). LCSW strongly preferred.
- Must have two years’ post licensure experience in a supervisory capacity providing leadership and staff management.
- Must have at least two years of experience working in mental health and substance recovery treatment with strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, personal auto insurance as required by law, and an MVR sufficient to obtain and reasonably maintain insurability under agency auto liability policies are essential job requirements.
