Director needed to oversee our Corpsmember Support department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Corpsmembers meet with and have access to Support Services in order to proactively address any obstacles that could impede their progress in the program. In order to accomplish this, the Director will supervise a team of staff members and MSW interns and establish and maintain internal and external partnerships. Strong leadership skills and commitment to trauma-informed care and harm reduction practices will be essential in achieving the program’s goals and promoting positive outcomes. This position will collaborate with the Job Training and Charter School staff to ensure Corpsmembers receive the help and resources they need, and establish strong external partnerships with community resources that support the personal growth and development of the individuals we serve.
- 5 years post licensure experience
- Strong leadership and management experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with direct supervision over staff.
- Previous experience running an effective program to meet agency contract requirements.
