Clinical Director
Clinical Director holds the primary clinical position to make and implement decisions regarding clinical components of the residential program. The Clinical Director is also a member of the Management Team that focuses on the macro-level operations of the overall agency. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing all clinical related issues, including but not limited to therapy and Medi-Cal billing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the clinical component of the program, insuring practices are trauma informed and reflective of current evidenced based practices.
2. Provide crisis interventions when called upon.
3. Conducts weekly Clinical supervision of clinical staff.
4. Compliance with all aspects of approved program statement, the State of California Department of Social Services, Medi Cal regulations and other applicable regulations and procedures.
5. Ensures compliance to all state and federal Medi Cal regulations.
6. Responsible for evaluations and reviews of all assigned subordinate employees.
7. Performs duties of Facility Social Workers and the Intake Coordinator in their absence.
8. Head of Service per Medi Cal regulations.
9. Reviews all clinical documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
LCSW or MFT
3 years experience in social service agency
