Clinical Case Manager

The Clinical Case Manager provides comprehensive support to justice-involved transition-age youth (TAY). The ideal candidate will offer clinical services to address a range of mental health, substance use, and criminogenic needs using a strengths-based, client-centered approach rooted in harm reduction. This position requires flexibility, cultural humility, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or related fields of clinical behavioral sciences.
* Licensed or license-eligible preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years experience of providing mental health treatment and/or case management for young adults, including experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
