Sr. Clinical Manager of Resident Services is responsible for assisting the Director in designing services based on the needs of the residents, and will oversee the implementation and evaluation of all services administered to residents across all Health & Supportive Housing properties. This position will attend milestone and lease up meetings for new and proposed Supportive Housing sites. The Sr. Clinical Manager is also directly responsible for establishing staff development goals and assists in the training program to provide skill building opportunities to all Regional and Health & Supportive Housing staff.
Candidate must have knowledge in program development, implementation and evaluation. Strong research capabilities relating to emerging elder care needs, Supportive Housing needs and successful staff development experience; has leadership skills, team building, insight on health needs for disadvantaged individuals, supervisory skills; and experience in developing partnerships, strategy and obtaining resources.
• LCSW or LMFT required
• A minimum of three to five years’ experience working with seniors and three to five years working with homeless, substance abuse and mentally ill populations
• A minimum of two years experience in program development, management, and evaluation
