Job Information

Agency is faith based residential agency that houses homeless pregnant women and their children.  The Residential Life Coordinator Lead is to create and maintain a supportive communal living environment among residents. The RLC Lead works closely with our team to coordinate a healthy residential living environment (the home) to support resident program plans. The primary responsibility is to provide onsite supervision and assistance with daily evening activities in the following areas: chores, meals, policies, classes, and independent and community-living skills.

Position Schedule:

Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (40 hours per week) – Alternative schedule one day a week (12-8pm) and occasional staffing of other days/times/hours as needed and as available.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in social services
  • Experience supervising personnel preferred.
