Job: Residential Clinician

Provides high quality, developmentally appropriate, trauma- informed, therapeutic services and/or case management to a diverse population of at risk youth, young adults, and families who may be experiencing a variety of co-occurring disorders. Services may occur in the residential setting or community. Works closely and collaborates with the treatment team and placement agencies to coordinate all aspects of treatment planning for each resident. Works in close partnership with the Administrator, focusing on clinical aspects of the program. Provides oversight and daily work direction to Behavioral Support staff. Leads staffing of cases in weekly team meetings.

Responsible for liaisons with community resources which may include communication with schools, medical personnel, employment resources, County officials, and may even be asked to attend or lead community presentations (and/or speaking engagements). Attending clinical conferences, IEP evaluations and court appointments are also part of the position when appropriate. Attends regular meetings with the VP of Residential Services, Residential Services Clinical Director, and all Supervisors.

Clinical Supervision is offered.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Current registration with BBS.

· Ability to utilize trauma informed practices and other agency approved treatment approaches for clients in foster care.
