Job Information

This position is responsible for ensuring agency’s compliance with the Commission on Accreditation of Residential Facilities (CARF) accreditation standards, contractual requirements, and meeting health & safety requirements for facilities across all locations.  The Compliance Administrator provides project management expertise related to obtaining and maintaining accreditation, maintaining compliance with programmatic contractual requirements, and facilities administration.  This position will be responsible for a broad range of regulatory & administrative activities including the completion of survey applications, tracking of program statistics, analysis of established performance indicators and other duties supporting compliance with CARF accreditation standards and the health and safety requirements for our facilities.


  • BA/BS in business management, project management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MA degree preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years demonstrated success working in a regulated industry or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with CARF compliance highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and calendaring applications. Must have excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) strongly preferred.
