Job Information

This position provides operational management and administrative support to clinicians at San Mateo, South San Francisco, Daly City, and Redwood City Police Departments, as they respond to 911 calls to the community for individuals determined to be in a mental health crisis.


MFT, LCSW or master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred. Combination of managerial experience and education preferred. Strong operational, clinical, and administrative work experience required. Strong knowledge of crisis management, crisis intervention, and de-escalation techniques required. Familiar with Avatar. Prior experience working with mobile crisis unit. Comfortable with doing public speaking and presentations is a plus.

Hybrid- office/ remote and community based.
