We are hiring for a part time temporary Resident Service Coordinator to work at a supportive housing agency. This temporary position is for about a month, possibly longer. The temp responsibilities will include running a virtual after school program, training and ongoing support will be provided. Support a sister property in Brentwood with a food distribution every other Thursday and engage in admin tasks as needed. We are looking for an energetic self-driven individual with computer skills and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Schedule will be M – W 12-6pm and then 8 hours on Thursday 8:30-5pm.

The Resident Services Coordinator facilitates and implements core programs as delegated by the program model. Collect and record data to measure program outcomes. Identify human and community service needs of residents. Develop strategies to link residents with needed services, including assistance in overcoming various barriers that might impede access to services. Build community partnerships that bring services, actively participate with other staff working toward resident stability.

Required Experience:

Two years’ experience in community development, social services or related field required. Experience conducting community assessments, applying the principles of conflict management, and organizing community groups, events, or programs preferred. Experience supervising staff preferred. If working in a specialized program, knowledge and experience in that specialty required. Experience working with diverse cultures.
