| Job Information | Berkeley – $45 – $55+/ hour- pay is somewhat negotiable. We are in need of an exceptional Clinical Director. This is part time, about 20 hours/ week, possibly a bit more. It will last 6 – 9 months and is fully remote at least through the end of June 2021. We would like to find someone with many years of clinical supervisory experience as this person will support all clinical services at this agency. This position is providing clinical supervision to 5 clinicians working towards licensure and also indirectly oversees 24 – 26 interns/ trainees. This person is the point of contact for the Clinical Supervisors and is the Liaison with graduate school field placement offices to support new clinician placements. The Clinical Director supports the Quality Assurance Coordinator in doing chart reviews as well as implementing new documentation policies and procedures. The majority of the work will be done during basic business hours, M – F 9AM – 5PM but there will be some meetings in the evenings from time to time. The agency is a LGBTQIA+ mental health clinic in Alameda County, they offer low cost individual, couples and family mental health services, HIV support services, peer support groups and a youth program. Candidate must be Licensed as an MFT, LCSW, LPCC or Clinical Psychologist in the state of CA for a minimum of 2 years and must have at least 3 years of clinical supervision experience. |
