Part time Clinical Supervisor- hybrid

We are hiring for a part-time Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LMFT) to oversee 4 associate clinicians (3 AMFT & 1 ASW), requiring 10-15 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing up to 2 units of clinical supervision per associate weekly (can include individual, triadic and/or group supervision), proficiency in EHR systems, and reviewing clinical documentation. The role involves managing a diverse range of clients across all ages with a focus on individual therapy and includes some group and family therapy. Most of our clients have experienced trauma in the form of domestic or interpreter violence, abuse, sexual assault or other kinds of community violence. The work can be done remotely, but our preference would be someone who can travel to our Fairfield location and possibly our Antioch location on at least a monthly basis. This temporary assignment is covering a maternity leave, it starts mid-May and will last 6 – 8 months.
