Job Information

The Housing Services Coordinator is responsible for providing housing navigation services, life skills services, and resource referral services to participants. Housing services are provided to assist the participant in increasing their ability to manage the domains of independent living. Linkage and referrals are provided to ensure the participants are receiving all necessary services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience serving homeless individuals
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing chronic homelessness and mental health challenges
  • Familiarity with the Housing First, Harm Reduction and/or Recovery Oriented service models
  • Knowledge of local Coordinated Entry System (CES).
