Job Information

Temp for 2 months covering a medical leave, M – F 9AM – 5PM.  This position provides a full range of direct services to survivors of domestic violence in our emergency shelter.  This position will work with other Case Managers, when client issues arise, to mediate and resolve problems with residential clients.  This will require administrative tasks in reviewing and maintaining a caseload of clients.  Position will also have a keen focus on connecting clients and families to supportive services and community resources, including but not limited to Housing, Employment, Health and Mental Health Services among others.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree in behavioral sciences, social services, psychology or another related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • Three years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence in direct services.
  • Completion of 40-hour DV Certification
