| Job Information |
We are seeking a strong leader who embodies the values of social work with a strategic lens for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinical and social services team to ensure high quality, appropriate systems and services are implemented. Responsible for clinical supervision, training, and evaluation of the team. Provides oversight, direction, and strategic planning. Under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• LCSW preferred; other licenses considered.
• 5+ years of post-graduate work (including supervision of staff and direct counseling/case management with clients) and progressively responsible experience in leadership role in non-profit settings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of management concepts and community resources in developing and implementing comprehensive services • Understanding of social work behavioral health services, psychosocial needs and interventions for adult and older adult populations
• Ability to work well with funders, volunteers, and partner agencies
