Job Information | Program Director oversees the day to day operations of the teams throughout Alameda County by, maintaining fidelity to evidence-based practices, and other crisis management interventions. Must have a strong knowledge and be able to provide practical application of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (for depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance use disorder, insomnia, and suicide prevention), trauma-informed care, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness/mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, culturally specific mental health needs, and provide linkage to local community resources. Develops and maintains performance measures that monitor and report the reduction of repeat PES and ED presentations month to month by client, and captures the impact of reduction to 5150’s regionally. Plans, supervises and facilitates with staff a wide range of crisis trainings to ensure competence. Provides Clinical and administrative training and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, maintains compliance with contract, manages the program’s budget, and participates as a member of the agency’s Management Team. Must be a Licensed mental health provider, (e.g. LMFT. LCSW, LPCC, Phd/PyD) with at least 5 years of clinical experience providing assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical consultation services in a community based setting. |
