Job Information

The Director provides Supervision to Program Directors within the Acute, Residential, and Wellness Service lines. He/She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple programs.  Agency is a large non profit agency that provides a full range of Medi-Cal services to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

This position provides clinical consultation services to management and staff to optimize client and program functioning
-Familiarize with the Agency E.H.R. system, Welligent, and implement templates across all program areas that
meet Agency and accreditation requirements
-Nurture an environment where staffing can reduce paper use to become paper-free with the utilization of the
E.H.R.
-Verify consistency, accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness in all direct service billing functions.
-Liaise with the Director of Healthcare Services and prescribing providers in case consultation/collaboration and
administrative or operation needs for the programs.

-Directs crisis intervention and management service in coordination with the Program Director.

-Prepares budgetary recommendations that meet program goals and provide for effective management of Agency resources.

-Oversee and ensure the day to day operations including but not limited to; clinical consultation, productivity

analysis and intervention, and that contract obligations are optimized for program success.

-Supervises the Program Director, completes performance evaluations, and oversees staff in conjunction with the
Program Director.
-Assists with on-call after hour’s rotation when clinical consultation is needed.
-Oversee and review on a monthly basis including clinical documentation
-Conducts regular staff meetings and provides individual supervision.
-Assist with program development and evaluation including a comprehensive and analytical review of program
design while incorporating a method to identify outcomes
-Responsible to assist in personnel matters including hiring and terminations, onboarding, and evaluations.
-Leads the design, development, and implementation of program policies and procedures tailored to meet Agency
and contractual needs.
-Ensures conformance to all applicable regulatory standards
-Analyzes data, and assist with process improvement to optimize work flows.

Qualifications:

LCSW/ MFT/ LPCC or PhD with minimum five years’ post licensure experience in substance abuse treatment, mental health treatment, or related social services experience, including a minimum of three years supervisory experience working in a community
mental health or dual diagnosis program.
