Job Information

Program Director manages all aspects of behavioral health care services in the Youth and Family Division. The Program Director must apply a multidisciplinary approach to promote optimum outcomes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health clients. The Program Director manages all behavioral health contracts in the CYFTAY division, establishing quality measures for mental health service providers division-wide (including all School Based and Clinical service clinicians). Under the clinical oversight of the Clinical Director, manages and oversees clinical mental health services including but not limited to establishing clinical practice policy and protocols, individual/group supervision, case conferencing, quality assurance & improvement, reviewing treatment plans while setting the pace for a high-performance, productive program and operational and administrative excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) PREFERRED
• At least three years prior experience in administration, coordination with supervision of mental health and/or case management/counseling services programs required
• Prior work experience in a social services or healthcare setting as a direct client services provider (i.e. case management, social worker, or other) highly preferred.
• Knowledge of San Francisco Community Behavioral Health Services and community resources
• Knowledge of County, State and Federal requirements for documentation and reporting
