Job Information

The CCO will supervise 4 Department Directors who oversee 30 programs focused on early childhood mental health and early childhood mental health consultation, youth residential services, counseling, behavioral health, and crisis intervention; and the Professional Training Director who manages the agency-wide clinical training program for Marriage & Family, Social Work, and Doctoral level interns.  Working in collaboration with this team, the CCO will provide the overarching clinical vision for all programs and hold the operational responsibility for them. This position is responsible for the delivery of high-quality services, legal and ethical clinical practices, and the fiscal sustainability of programs.

The CCO ensures, through supervision of the department directors, and training director, that programs deliver high quality services that are consistent with the agency mission, that the supervision of trainees/interns/post-docs is ethically sound, that services provided by unlicensed individuals are legally and ethically appropriate, and reflect the “best-practices” in the field as defined by substantive research and practice data.


  • At least 5 years of experience post licensure (LCSW/ MFT/ PhD/ PsyD/LPCC)
  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative and managerial experience, increasing in complexity, including the supervision of clinical professionals.
