Job Information

M – F basic business hours. The Community Case Manager provides bilingual counseling, advocacy, and case management services to survivors of domestic violence at the Community Office. This includes support groups, drop in support as well as follow-up services to former residents of the residential programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Gender Studies, or other related field. Experience and/or certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
• Experience working with survivors of domestic violence direct services, and government agencies is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in counseling, case management and client advocacy.
