TAY Clinician
The Clinician is responsible for the overall provision of clinical treatment and oversight for assigned individuals in the program. The Clinician conducts thorough and on-going assessments; co-authors practical and holistic treatment plans; offers clinical education and consultation to the family and team members; and provides individual and behavioral support.
Essential Functions
ยท Demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic services for 16-25-year-old which may include brief individual therapy, crisis intervention and safety planning, comprehensive assessment, psychoeducation, treatment planning, and coordination.
ยท Integrates appropriate intervention strategies into clinical work with a co-occurring focus.
ยท Executes a treatment plan that is strengths-based, with observable and measurable goals, utilizing promising and evidence-based practices.
ยท Provides urgent and emergent crisis and safety assessment, intervention, consultation and support to emerging adults, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
-ASW/ AMFT
-relevant experience with at risk youth and TAY
