Substance Abuse Program Manager

Detox program.  Oversee day to day operations of the Sobering Station providing sobering, counseling, referral, and respite services to individuals arrested for alcohol and drug related offenses. These individuals are often referred by emergency departments or other partner agencies including law enforcement and the health system. Additionally, oversee day to day operations of the Detox program which provides services to individuals referred for non-medical detox services, generally from AOD and the court system under Drug Medical.

REQUIREMENTS:

-CADAC or other State of California approved certification.
-experience managing clinical and counseling staff.
-Knowledge of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders (COD) with experience in screening, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of co-occurring disorders.
