Spanish speaking Case Manager
This is temp or temp to hire. Hybrid- community based, home with some office work. The Case Manager I will be responsible for managing referrals and helping manage intake coordination. The general functions of the role include: providing resource navigation and linkages to referred youth and their families (CARS receives referrals from any age group), assisting in program referral/enrollment for clients, consistent and regular contact with families and providers to monitor progress, providing comprehensive strengths-based intake to referred youth who are either involved or at risk of being involved in the juvenile justice system, and triaging referred youth to the appropriate program.
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish
BA degree preferred and some case management experience
Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm, every other Friday 8am – 5pm; must be flexible to work late hours to accommodate program clients (10:30am – 8:30pm) once or twice per week.
