Resident Service Coordinator
Provides outreach, case finding, assessments, and care planning with seniors, disabled adults, the chronically homeless, and families within the scope of the Resident Services Program. Services attend to the psychosocial, health, financial, recreational, nutritional and legal needs of clients. Primary responsibility is the stabilization of people who have previously experienced homelessness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Master’s degree in Social Work,
Psychology or related field strongly preferred. Minimum three (3) years of direct experience with
populations that have been homeless, addicted to substances, and/or with chronic mental health conditions.
FT, M – F, temp to hire. Benefits offered once “perm”.
