Case Manager needed for 4 – 6 months at a Navigation Center in the city.  This position provides a full range of direct case management to clients.  This position evaluates client needs and develops a service plan to approximately 25 – 30 active clients. M – F basic business hours.

Qualifications:

-BA degree preferred

-Two years’ experience providing services to chronically homeless
