The Clinical Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the agency’s clinical program for developmentally disabled adults with behavioral issues. The Clinical Program Assistant, under the supervision of the Clinical Director, supports the agency’s mission to enhance the lives of people who have developmental disabilities by providing residential and individual community-based day programs that support health, choice and personal growth, with an emphasis on individual needs, strengths, and preferences.  16 hours/ week, 8 hours on Wed and 8 on Fri.

The Clinical Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the Clinical Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the process of data collection and quarterly reporting for 42 residents with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. Review, edit, and tally behavioral data as may be necessary. Ensure that the required supporting documentation is completed and provided to the Clinical Director well in advance of each resident’s annual ISP meeting. Submit quarterly reports to the Clinical Director and to the Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) case workers.
Follow up on a wide range of case-specific issues as directed by the Clinical Director. This will likely involve contacting program management, medical providers, GGRC case workers, and residents’ families, by phone and email, in support of problem resolution.
Provide administrative and program support as directed by Clinical Director.
• Must be at least age 21 and comply with Community Care Licensing personnel requirements: have a criminal record clearance, evidence of good health (physical) and a negative TB test. Must provide DMV report and be insurable by agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or other behavioral science is preferred; college students will be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication and computer skills. Must be organized and work well with others.
