The Center Manager provides quality assurance in client services, develops working protocols with SF General Hospital Ward 86 and monitors contract deliverables to adjust work flow as needed. This position will also provide individual and group counseling to “high need” HIV+ clients dual-diagnosed in the areas of mental health and substance abuse in a hybrid of counselor & case manager, with emphasis on the counseling aspect. The focus is on providing counseling and case management services to assist the client in successfully engaging and maintaining with medical care & treatment, and a special focus on medication adherence. The manager will also supervise the Case Manager and Peer Advocate. LCSW, MFT or MSW with 3+ years of management experience is required. This is a temporary or temp to hire opportunity. Hours are FT, M – F.
