Cantonese speaking Resident Service Coordinator

The Resident Services Coordinator provides direct services and community building and engagement programming to residents living in Single Room Occupancy (SRO) hotels in the Chinatown/North Beach neighborhoods. This position will help staff a SRO service hub which provides service to all SRO residents but will have special assignments to two properties. The position requires a motivated and resourceful individual who is sensitive to resident needs; has excellent service coordination, team-building and group facilitation skills; and thrives in a relatively independent work environment.

Qualifications:

• BA degree + 2 years of SW experience

OR

• 5 years of SW degree/ no degree requirement
